Linda offers high quality and personally tailored deep tissue massage, structural bodywork and manual therapy services promoting healthy changes in posture, pain management, movement, stress management, and self care routines.
She began her bodywork journey with VHS yoga tapes as a teenager. A fascination with the connection of the body and mind led her to pursue a Bachelors of Science at SUNY Oneonta with a major in Psychology minor in Sociology in 2010.
Instead of choosing a career working in research labs, Linda moved to New Hampshire to explore the natural beauty of New Hampshire through gardening, herbalist studies, hiking, camping and skiing.
In 2017 while working as a community mental health worker, she received a certificate in Massage Therapy at River Valley Community College and immediately after graduating immersed herself into full time work as a therapeutic massage therapist splitting her time with a chiropractors office, a spa, and yoga studios.
She sees everyone as an individual with their own relationship to gravity and uses her knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, body reading, structural bodywork, behavioral neuroscience, and yoga to support personal goals relating to movement, fascia training, and posture.
Linda’s massage style incorporates Myofascial Release, Thai stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Postural Analysis, Vacuum Cupping, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
Her clinical skills support those recovering from joint replacements, TMJ syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Frozen Shoulder Syndrome, Migraines, Trigger Finger, and Scoliosis patterns.
